Employee Mood Monitor launch

To coincide with Mental Health Awareness week (18-24 May 2020) organised by the Mental Health Foundation, Engage & Prosper are pleased to announce the release of the Employee Mood Monitor.

This effective tool has been designed for organisations to help gauge their employee’s mood and mental health proactively, and ultimately, provide helpful resources for those that may need help or further support. All organisations have a duty of care to the people that work for them, and the Mood Monitor is designed to help you engage with your staff, finding those that most need help or advice.

At such an unusual time, when people have had to change their daily routines, working from home has become the norm for many. Although this may suit some of your colleagues, for others, this will be more difficult. There will be those that have the added pressure of having to home school their children, or perhaps the uncertainty in the back of their minds about their future employment. The Mood Monitor is a survey designed to help employers get to the bottom of these issues, to give their staff a platform to share the concerns they have. This will ensure they receive expert advice and guidance, which could be in the form of specifically tailored information that already exists within your organisation and is available, or help from external sources, such as Government websites or links to charitable organisations. It has been designed to be universal, but the survey can easily be modified to suit your company’s needs. Questions have been expertly written to help you understand how the mood of your staff is affecting their mental health.
