Employer Reputation, are all experiences and reviews equal and fair?
Employer reputation, Employer Brand and EVPs are becoming ever more critical to attracting the right talent and people to an organisation.
As part of our Employee voice series, we asked an executive assistant to the MD of an international automotive manufacturer what her experience and views were of her earlier career and her employers. We don’t want to identify them as it wouldn’t be fair to affect their employer reputation. There are best company lists and other forums for that outside of this website. She had two examples, one of a great organisation in her view which suited her age, work appetite and motivations at the time and another that was just not a pleasant place to be for her based on what her values and beliefs were and she liked to be managed and supported.
